Reservation Form

Thank you for your interest in Girsh Park. Please submit your request by submitting an email to reservations@girshpark.org and indicate in the body of the email the date, the facilities you are interested in renting and contact information. We will get back to you right away confirming the pricing and availability of the facility you are requesting. Please be sure to provide contact information so that we can respond quickly. We would prefer to communicate with you by e-mail, because it is faster, more efficient and helps keep our operating costs down—which is crucial since we are completely dependent upon charitable contributions to meet our expenses.

Field Conditions

Due to the wear and tear of our sports fields, we must restrict the use of the fields. This is especially true in overly wet conditions, when play can damage the turf and cause the fields to be closed for long periods of time for repair. Wet fields can result from scheduled irrigation, emergencies (broken pipes, etc.) or rain.
